Just to correct what you have written:
"Every day my english to become better. - (Everyday, my English becomes better.)
My dream - to speak English freely and automatically! - (My dream is to speak English fluently!)
Is glad to speak with you! - ( I'm glad to speak with you!)

In writing a sentence, make sure there is always subject and verb.
Always remember: practice, practice, practice!
